Le Bistro is the newest most talked about Dining Experience on Ambergris Caye. Our recently renovated restaurant and dining area features a Romantic and Eclectic Atmosphere with our in Dining Room Kitchen and Elevated Deck as the Focus, overlooking the Beautiful Blue Caribbean.

Established in March of 2003, Le Bistro was designed with concepts of Euro-Caribbean Fusion Cuisine. Our chef’s background in French and Italian Cuisine fuses the Freshest local Seafood, Meats and Produce available in Belize and features mostly an all Sauté Menu with Individual Custom Plate Presentations.

Le Bistro has been so popular we are expanding again to accommodate our Rising Star. We are also the only restaurant on Ambergris Caye that offers Pier Dining at Night; under the Mayan Stars with your own personal wait staff.

The Pier Dining is popular with Honeymooners and other Special Occasions and reservations are recommended.

Our Menus offer Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Bar Appetizers. We also offer nightly Specials. If there is something not on our menu or some other Culinary Delight you may have in mind, check with our Chef. We will gladly accommodate you if the products are available.
