Every evening we have Dinner Specials, they change regularly according to the season, availability and the constant creativity of our Chef. On this page we are giving a selection of the most recent Dinner Specials served at Portofino's "Le Bisto". Every day our Chef is committed to surprise our guests again with some of his latest creations, and we are sure you will enjoy this culinary experience.

Daily Dinner Specials

Mussels Fra Diavlo

Fresh sea mussels sautéed in garlic, wine sauce and spicy marinara sauce. Served over a bed of linguine.

Mahi Mahi

Prepared with a ginger, Soya sauce and garlic marinate and gently sautéed. Accompanied with rice and daily vegetable.

Blackened Tuna Steaks

Pan fried tuna steaks cooked to your specification. Served with rice or potato and daily vegetable.

Cayo Combo

A combination of chicken and shrimp sautéed in a honey jalapeno sauce with a hint of Cayenne pepper.

Reef & Beef

Shrimp steamed with a champagne butter on the side of beef tenderloin with peppercorns. Served with mashed potatoes or herb rice and the vegetable of the day.

Papaya Jerk Snapper

Pan-fried snapper fillet topped with a papaya jerk sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.

Gallina a la Frommagi con Risotto

Boneless chicken fillet stuffed with mozzarella, cream & feta cheeses with a blend of herbs.
