Our recently renovated restaurant and dining area features a romantic and eclectic atmosphere with our in dining room kitchen and elevated deck as the focus, over looking the beautiful blue Caribbean. Established in March of 2003, Le Bistro was designed with concepts of Euro-Caribbean Fusion Cuisine. Our Chef's background in French and Italian cuisine fuses the freshest local seafood, meats and produce available in Belize and features mostly an all sauté menu with individual custom plate presentations. Feta & Spinach stuffed Pork
Slices of rose-served pork tenderloin stuffed with blushed spinach and feta cheese, topped with homemade cranberry dressing, sweet potato & celery puree and wok sesame spinach.

Oven Cooked Duo-Snapper
Two delicious slices of freshly caught snapper fillet oven cooked in lime, parsley, garlic, olive oil and chardonnay served with coconut rice and ratatouille of sweet & sour vegetables.

Grouper Con Mariscos
Delicious Grouper pan seared on the skin, stuffed with stone crab, calamari, purple onions and red bell peppers served with vegetable potato puree and a creamy chardonnay reduction.

Rib Eye Bearnaise
Imported 16oz Rib Eye served baked potato wedges & string beans topped with a tarragon based classic French Bearnaise sauce.

Tagliatella Alfredo
Homemade Tagliatella Pasta with our signature Alfredo Sauce, tender chunks of Chicken Breast flambéed in white Vermouth and a dash of Parmesan Cheese.

Caribbean Angel Hair
Homemade Angel Hair Pasta served in a rich creamy Chardonnay sauce, topped with fresh calamari, jumbo prawns and bell peppers topped with a dash of Parmesan Cheese.

Ajo Y Olio
Classic homemade Angel Hair pasta topped with a nuanced, delicate flavored olive oil and garlic reduction and a hint of roasted red chili and tender slices of chicken breast.

Stone Crab
Fresh steamed Stone Crab claws served on ice, with a selection of homemade sauces, Potato Gratin cup cake and seasonal vegetables.

Classic Bouillabaisse Marseillaise
European influenced stew of fresh snapper, grouper and crab, fused with aromatic herbs and spices, toasted bread and homemade roux with a hint of Habanero peppers.

Lobster
Fresh Caribbean Spiny lobster Tail prepared to your specifications. Oven Cooked Thermidor or Grilled with garlic butter served with baked potato and grilled vegetables.

Our fish is delivered, and cleaned almost daily at the end of our dock, so we guarantee an ever-fresh selection of fish and seafood. Of course, for the meat lovers we work with imported steak, and fresh local chicken. And to top that all, our pasta’s are home made.
